Embeddable, open standards DAM

ClearStory Systems has introduced Enterprise Media Server OEM Edition, which is said to be the industry’s first embeddable pure J2EE digital media services engine for software developers and software-as-a-service (SaaS) providers.

The new offering gives providers of digital media-centric applications and workflow solutions direct access to ClearStory’s digital asset management (DAM) platform for the development of powerful digital media applications, the company says. Further, ClearStory reports, it is now offering a new and comprehensive software development kit, as well as dedicated technical support to fully empower OEM partners.
