Expanding legal expertise

A large, international law firm has expanded its use of customer relationship management (CRM) software to include a global license of 4,000 users.

Clifford Chance initially implemented InterAction from LexisNexis Interface Software  to track and manage relationship intelligence and other information important to meeting its strategic business development goals. The success of that 1999 implementation led the firm to invest in the current global InterAction initiative.
