Open Text has introduced Livelink Touchpoint, which unifies Web conferencing, blogs, team workspaces, instant messaging and presence awareness in a single interface.

Touchpoint integrates with all Livelink’s ECM features--content management, knowledge management, records management, workflows, search and other tools--as well as with other Open Text ECM solutions and customers’ business systems such ERP and CRM applications. These capabilities give users working in Livelink Touchpoint easy access to content from across the business, whether in Livelink, Microsoft SharePoint, SAP, Siebel or others. Touchpoint also includes integration with Microsoft Outlook for scheduling.
