INSCI partners with Venetica

Venetica and INSCI have announced a sales and marketing agreement under which INSCI will sell and implement Venetica's enterprise content integration (ECI) software to deliver business solutions that can access and work with all structured and unstructured content across the enterprise. The agreement will allow INSCI clients to integrate content from third-party content management systems into their business solutions.

The ECI framework unites INSCI's technology for managing rich media, document images, reports, statements, video and graphic with content from multiple, disparate repositories across the enterprise. The result, INSCI claims, is a more powerful suite of INSCI content solutions, including call center support, marketing portals, supply chain management and customer self-service.
