SOAP suite

ServiceWare has created a Simple Object Access Protocol (SOAP) adapter for its eService Suite, making it available as a Web service.

The company reports the application will be able to utilize the Web service to add and retrieve from a knowledgebase and take advantage of ServiceWare's self-learning and self-organizing search technology, MindSync.
