Matching KM and e-learning

“Bottom up” knowledge management vendor Entopia and Vitalect, which provides custom e-learning content offerings have announced a partnership the companies say will leverage their respective technologies to provide more comprehensive organizational productivity solutions to enterprises.

They add that by jointly deploying Vitalect's Web-based custom content solutions and Entopia's Quantum knowledge management software solution, companies will have access to a comprehensive solution to accelerate the rate of knowledge transfer across the enterprise.

Through this relationship, Entopia and Vitalect will co-market their products to their own customer bases in order to further extend the development and deployment of their respective individual and organizational productivity solutions. Entopia explains its “bottom-up” Quantum KM software empowers the individual first, facilitating personal productivity and collaboration, allowing the enterprise to capitalize on work already performed. Vitalect’s Techniq Learning Content Management System technologies encompass content development, authoring, management and certification tools in a Web-based system.
