In an agreement that combines sales referrals, joint marketing and product integration, SER and Fincentric have formed an alliance aimed at the banking and wealth management industries. Fincentric will integrate its i-Wealthview software with SER’s SERsynergy document management system.

Fincentric's says i-Wealthview offers profitability analysis, complete retail banking functionality and multi-channel support including wireless and Internet capabilities. The Customer Value Management capabilities built into the system enable financial institutions to develop more profitable customer relationships.

SER describes SERsynergy as a comprehensive and flexible document management solution designed to capture, store and retrieve customer documentation such as forms, check images and signature cards. The agreement also calls for integrating SERdistiller, which is information extraction software for unstructured and structured documents that uses neural network techniques to extract information from documents and manage contact without programming or data entry.
