DAM it all

Interwoven has formed an alliance with four other vendors to provide what it says is a comprehensive solution for managing the entire digital asset spectrum. Partners include Adobe, Artesia Technologies, IBM and Virage.

Through combination of Interwoven’s content management infrastructure and the partnerships, customers will be able to effectively manage all their specialized content needs such as animation, video assets and interactive objects.

Interwoven highlights the following benefits:

  • "virtualization"--the ability to review and test changes of rich and complex media (e.g. Flash, video, high-resolution images) in private virtual work areas in context of the live Web site;

  • collaboration--the ability to provide a distributed framework supporting unlimited virtual work areas, staging, editions, workflow and digital asset lifecycle management to facilitate collaboration within and between teams; and

  • syndication--the ability to allow for a subscription model for incremental revenue streams beyond the enterprise without additional creation costs.
