Skyline’s just fine

Semio has developed what it calls a more intuitive interface for browsing documents and unstructured data categorized and indexed by SemioTagger. The company claims SemioSkyline provides a quick, detailed view into document content, enabling users to browse and search for information organized by category within a familiar, directory-like structure.

Skyline further displays detailed document profiles, allowing users to determine a document’s relevance to their search before retrieving and reading it. Profile information includes key concepts, author, abstract, URL and creation date. The software also features search capabilities such as text, title, author, abstract, creation date, URL, etc., that can be ordered or combined as desired.

SemioSkyline operates on Microsoft Windows NT 4.X or Windows 2000 servers with most Web browsers
