TopTier announces iViewStudio 2.0

TopTier Software has released iViewStudio 2.0, a Web-based service that allow users to publish and subscribe to information from internal business applications and syndicated media sources from their portal. The company has also added iViews to its Enterprise Unification Platform.

Says Shai Agassi, TopTier CEO, says iViewStudio 2.0 moves “beyond the conventional idea of portal contents and creates a living repository of the industry’s best practices.” Examples of iViews include charts display sales order, alerts on overdue accounts, updates on customer financial news and reports of industry-specific analysis. Their are more than 200 iView packages available from multiple data sources.

For the creation of new iViews, TopTier provides a set of Web-based development tools fully integrated with the Microsoft development environment, enabling technical developers and system integration partners to quickly and easily develop the “MiniApps” they need via the iView infrastructure.
