Practicity offers evaluation program

Hoping to demonstrate the value of its Web-based collaboration tools for professional service organizations (PSOs), Practicity has initiated a four-week Fast Start Evaluation Program. The four-week assessment enables companies to set up a real-world trial with Practicity to learn how its solution can improve process management both internally and with clients. The process employed during this program is a compressed version of that used to deploy Practicity in a full-scale implementation.

The program includes three distinct phases. The initial design and development stage helps companies determine the appropriate business area in which to focus. Practicity works with the customer to identify the role each user will play in the evaluation and the specific configuration necessary to meet the defined needs.

The evaluation phase, which lasts two weeks, enables the user to put Practicity to work in a team environment and includes both service and support. The trial culminates with a full program review that evaluates Practicity's performance in conjunction with each user's business goals.
