Real estate wises up

Blueflame has completed development of Home Marketing Internet Resource (HOMIR), software that allows every aspect of a real estate transaction, from listing to closing, to be tracked and updated via the Internet. The software is fully integrated with the broker's accounting package and other internal systems.

HOMIR was designed for Home-Link Services, a national Internet-enabled customer service program. Home-Link is presently licensed to 23 brokers representing more than 250,000 transactions annually valued at over $39 billion.

HOMIR is said to increase efficiency by eliminating the need for multiple data entry at various points in the transactional process, and it centralizes and organizes data for future use in marketing and/or customer service. HOMIR is also able to notify business users of important information, such as tentative closing dates, in real-time.

Clients of Home-Link brokers are assigned Personal Move Coordinators, who use the software to work with customers both on scheduling and completing all of the real estate transaction-related activities. They further facilitate other activities related to a move, from utility connections to moving companies to decorating and furnishing.

HOMIR is an Internet-based product written with highly reusable business objects, based on Microsoft’s DNA architecture. HOMIR’s graphical interface streamlines usage and can be integrated with other productivity-enhancing business tools.

Blueflame was formerly known as Professional Computing Solutions, a division of Aztec Technology Partners.
