Correlate launches one-click publishing suite

Correlate Technologies today announced the introduction of a software package that enables one-click publishing of Microsoft Office documents. It includes Correlate Personal 2.5 for personal use and business evaluation only, Correlate Office 2.5 for direct, one click publishing of MS-Office documents, Correlate Professional 2.5 for the full KnowledgeMaps functionality, the Correlate Web Publishing Server 2.5 for connecting users of MS-Office and Correlate to one-click publishing, and MyCorrelate.com for free evaluation of the publishing functionality (as an ASP).

Users already familiar with the KnowledgeMap drag-and-drop visual framework for assembling, organizing and sharing e-business content will be able to create and publish, putting multiple documents and web content into context, all within MS-Office documents.

Correlate organizes collections of multiple documents: e-mail, files, web content, and databases into KnowledgeMaps, giving them a common visual framework and context. The 2.5 product suite adds new custom properties, “jump items,” management of published documents via a browser and more.

End users can directly publish documents to the Web without the assistance of a Webmaster, who will no longer need to manually post documents. Further, Correlate offers the Webmaster centralized control of users and publishing access rights

MyCorrelate.com offers an easy, fast and secure way to share KnowledgeMaps and MS-Office documents on the Web. Users can publish immediately to our website, saving themselves and their Webmasters time. MyCorrelate.com is designed for either evaluating the Correlate Web Publishing Server 2.5 or for providing the publishing functionality as an ASP.

A free download for evaluation purposes is available online.
