Seminar to address relevant KM

“Knowledge at Your Fingertips,” a conference organized by Access Systems, is designed to help organizations leverage the know-how of their people and deliver the information they need when they need it. The topic tracks will address the strategic, tactical, cultural and technological elements that enable knowledge transfer.

The goal of the event is to have attendees leaving with the understanding of how to identify, redefine and leverage existing resources and practices in their organizations to facilitate the development of a knowledge sharing culture.

Two topic tracks are tailored to the audience: ne for the executive or senior manager who is leading a KM initiative, and one for those interested in some of the tools and technologies that can assist in enabling knowledge management. Key concepts to be discussed include setting a knowledge management strategy, case studies and lessons learned, developing subject matter expert identification systems, coaching/mentoring methods, how to begin (or advance) a KM program, corporate portals and other technologies to enable KM, plus other techniques to jump-start KM initiatives.
