Treev names new leader

Treev has named Thomas Wilson as its new president and COO, replacing David MacWhorter. Wilson was most recently president and CEO of Seer Technologies, a $100 million software and services company, and is the former president and CEO of Viewstar (later acquired by
Mosaix). He has also served as head of Oracle's OEM group and as VP and GM of Oracle's federal division. "Tom brings to us a wealth of experience in the software industry," said Treev chairman and CEO Jim Leto. "We believe that with Tom's leadership we will be well-positioned to achieve the benchmarks for success we set in the first half of the year," which include growing Treev's channel presence and market recognition. "What we need to do now is execute our plan to realize our true market potential," added Wilson.
