Integrator acquires European forms processor

Mantech International, a Virginia-based professional services firm, has completed the acquisition of imaging and data capture operations of Seel Ltd., a Scottish forms processor. Mantech, which earlier this year acquired Advanced Recognition Ltd., a U.K. data and information processing solution provider, has bolstered their European presence.

"Combining these strengths gives us a powerful integrated solution, particularly for the financial services and remittance processing markets, where the data processing needs are so complex. Customers are seeking single-point solutions that solve enterprise-wide problems, and now we're able to provide them," said Hal Ammann, president of Mantech's U.K. Systems, which oversees European operations
