Imagesoft unveils InternetDirect

(Maitland, FL) is now offering Internet access to its image library. With Imagesoft's new InternetDirect application, users can access the company's software products through a standard Web browser. The application, currently being implemented with Imagesoft's Image Library viewing tool, provides "anytime, anywhere access to images," according to Ron Thompson, VP of business development. The InternetDirect software resides on an NT server; customers dial in to the server and can access their images from the bank's central archive. "Greater access to an archive has become a critical component to providing better customer service, making timely decisions and increasing overall operational efficiency," said Thompson.
