FirstFloor Gets Nod from Lotus, NetDynamics

FirstFloor's (Mountain View, CA) marketing encyclopedia system (MES) now supports access to existing corporate databases and document-based information, thanks to new business partnerships with Lotus

(Cambridge, MA) and NetDynamics (Menlo Park, CA). FirstFloor's Smart Delivery product suite allows organizations to keep their sales and support organizations up-to-date with the latest business critical information. With the new partnerships, the system can collect business documents stored in Lotus Notes through Lotus Domino, and mission-critical data from all leading relational database management systems through NetDynamics Version 4.0. The integration illustrates "the importance of integration across legacy, client/server, and net-native network applications," said Stephen Zocchi, VP of business development at NetDynamics. According to FirstFloor president and CEO Judith Hamilton, the new partnerships create a solution for keeping sales forces, support departments, and business partners "up-to-date with personalized marketing libraries."
