Seagate Software Unwraps VAR Program

A new program targeted at VARs has been announced by Seagate Software (Heathrow, FL). The TeamExec Enterprise VAR program, an extension of Seagate's TeamExec channel program, allows distributors, resellers, business alliances and OEMs to Seagate's sales, partner marketing and development resources. Seagate's NerveCenter event management application will be the first product available through the VAR program. "We feel it is critical that our enterprise resellers have the expertise to not only sell our enterprise products, but to also deploy these products and maximize their benefits," said Sydney Curtis, Seagate's director of product marketing. Certification for the VAR program, including a five-day training course, is provided free of charge to the first 40 TeamExec members who join the VAR program.
