Dome Imaging and Spacelabs to Join for Healthcare Imaging

Spacelabs Medical (Redmond, WA) and Dome Imaging (Waltham, MA) have signed an agreement to provide medical imaging solutions for healthcare organizations. The collaboration involves the integration of Dome's imaging application technology with Spacelabs' Caremaster patient charting technology for radiology. The product will be marketed through Spacelabs' Intesys division. Using the combined system, healthcare providers will be able to view radiological images at a central station within a unit, from an office or even from their home. The product resulting from the collaboration is being demonstrated at the HIMSS conference in Orlando February 26-26. The combination "is an exciting opportunity to push the boundaries of radiology throughout the continuum of care in an integrated solution," said Dome CEO Richard Fryling.
