Treev Signs Deal with Open Solutions

In a deal designed to benefit community-based financial organizations, Treev (Beaverton, OR), a division of Network Imaging (Herndon, VA) has formed a strategic alliance with Open Solutions (Glastonbury, CT). The companies will market a joint product that includes Treev's Explorer COLD product and OSI's Complete Banking Solution, a bank core processing technology. Treev Explorer will allow users to electronically search for and view loan applications, spreadsheets, internal correspondence and other documents in a file folder structure. The systems are "naturally compatible," according to OSI VP Mike Nicastro, because they both use client/server platforms and conform to open industry standards.
