Jetform Acquires Workflow Partners & Technology

In a move to expand its capabilities in workflow solutions delivery, Jetform (Ottawa, Ontario) has acquired WorkFlow Partners & Technology Services, a Silicon Valley-based consultancy. The deal adds in-depth business and technology knowledge of workflow solutions to JetForm's workflow development products. Workflow Partners counts Bank of America, Levi Strauss, Pacific Bell and NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory among its clients. "We've enjoyed a successful relationship with JetForm over the years," said Workflow Partners VP of professional services Mike Dressler. "Their commitment to the workflow market and to enabling customers to build enterprise-class collaborative process-automation solutions was very attractive to us." JetForm executive VP and COO Phil Weaver added that as the enterprise workflow market grows, "we're looking forward to the contributions this new team will provide in strengthening our workflow solutions delivery and our ability to support JetForm partners in workflow deployment."
