MediaLogic Signs Distribution Agreement with Ohio VAR

MediaLogic (Plainville, MA) has signed an agreement with Akron, OH-based Arkay Engineering

to distribute MediaLogic's DLT, AIT, 8mm and 4mm tape storage systems. Arkay, a VAR and systems integrator, offers tape, CD-ROM, optical disk and RAID backup storage solutions for UNIX and Windows NT users. "Many of our customers will find MediaLogic's tape library systems to be a very attractive option for their data storage and retrieval needs," said Arkay president Richard Kuhar. Arkay provides a Midwestern outlet for MediaLogic's tape library subsystems. "Systems integrators, like Arkay, know well what the end-user market is looking for," said MediaLogic VP B. Edward Fitzgibbons.
