Bell & Howell and UniRom Ink Agreement

Fresh on the heels of a reseller agreement with Photomatrix (San Diego),

Bell & Howell Document Management Products Company (Arlington Heights, IL) has signed a service and maintenance agreement with UniRom (Burlington, Ontario). Bell & Howell DMPC will be the exclusive authorized national service provider for Unirom's check readers and scanners, and duplex digital scanning and microfilming units. The deal gives UniRom VARs the option to sell UniRom products in states where there are currently no VARs. Additionally, UniRom can now recruit into its sales channel network VARs that have no in-house service departments. Bell & Howell DMPC brings to the table a national network of field of technicians and experience with both document management equipment and the banking industry. Terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
