Adobe Announces Executive Restructuring

Along with posting Q4 '97 financial results, Adobe (San Jose) has also announced several changes in its management structure. A new executive committee, consisting of CEO John Warnock, chairman Charles Geschke, and executive VPs Robert Roblin, Ross Bott, Jack Bell, Derek Gray, Colleen Pouliot and Fred Schwedner will oversee the company's performance, strategies and policies. Bott, Roblin and Pouliot enjoy promotions, having formerly served as senior VPs of products, marketing and general counsel. Adobe has also formed an Enterprise Solutions Division, formed to address publishing workflow and information management needs of vertical markets. The new division will be led by VP and GM George Cacciopo.
