Workplace 2000 technology conference slated for next week

A two-day conference, "Workplace 2000: Managing Technology and the Human Factor," is scheduled for October 28-29 at the Meridian Hotel in New Orleans. The keynote speakers are John Mancini, president of

AIIM International (Silver Spring, MD, http://www.aiim.org) and David Silver, CEO of Kofax (Irvine, CA, http://www.kofax.com). Other speakers are Tony McKinley of Intelligent Imaging (Berwyn, PA, http://www.imagebiz.com/paperweb); Robert Smallwood of IMERGE Consulting (Richmond, VA, http://www.imergeconsult.com) and Michael Stiles, Director of Industry Marketing at FileNet (Costa Mesa, CA, http://www.filenet.com). Among the exhibitors will be Eastman Software (Billerica, MA, http://www.eastmansoftware.com), Optika (Colorado Springs, CO, http://www.optika.com), ICS/Lason (Troy, MI, http://www.lason.com), Lava Systems (Toronto, Ontario, http://www.lavasys.com) and IKON (New York, NY, http://www.ikon.com).
