UDMS files for IPO

) subsidiary Universal Document Management Systems (Cincinnati, OH, http://www.udms.com) has filed for an initial public offering of 2.6 million shares of common stock. The offering will be managed by The Robinson-Humphrey Company LLC, and McDonald and Company Securities. Of the shares being offered, 1.85 million will be sold by UDMS, with the remainder being sold by MedPlus. Prices are expected to be between $11 and $13 per share. With this IPO, UDMS expects to be the nation's largest VAR for document management and design automation products and services.
