Imnet partners with Advisoft and HealthVision

Imnet Systems (Atlanta, http://www.imnet.com

) has acquired the consulting and integration services company Advisoft Consulting, SA (Paris), a business partner since 1993. In exchange for Advisoft's stock, Imnet paid $5.1 million in cash and $2 million in Imnet common stock. The purchase continues Imnet's expansion into the healthcare software market in France.

Another partnership joins Imnet and HealthVision (Santa Rosa, CA, http://www.healthvision.com) and will produce a records management solution for the healthcare market. Imnet's Electronic Information Warehouse will be integrated with the CareVision electronic medical records product and distributed as HealthVision's information management solution.
