Parsow joins TiS board

Top Image Systems (TiS, Ramat Gan, Israel, http://www.tis.co.il

) appointed Alan Parsow to its Board of Directors. Parsow is the founder of Parsow Partners and Elkhorn Partners; he is also the first North American representative to serve TiS.

Currently, Parsow serves on the board of directors at CACI International and Republic Funds Group. Parsow also served on the boards of Campbell Resources, National Lampoon and Orange-Co.

Izhak Nakat, chairman, president and CEO of TiS, said: “As a relatively new public company, TiS will certainty benefit from his broad business background and rich experience in management, mergers and acquisitions, and strategic planning.”
