Cognitive computing training from CognitiveScale

CognitiveScale has announced CognitiveU, which it describes as a comprehensive training curriculum for systems integrators, enterprise IT professionals and application developers. CognitiveU includes interactive sessions that weave together technology, methods and standards to deliver real-life examples and hands-on exercises, the company explains.

The three-day program is held at CognitiveScale’s headquarters or at a client or business partner site. It builds on the core ideas behind cognitive computing and provides the data, skills, technology and methods to develop cognitive applications from start to finish using CognitiveScale’s Insights Fabric cognitive computing platform. Insights Fabric is an open, standards-based platform that leverages analytic services from IBM Watson, Google and Amazon.

CognitiveU participants learn the methods and skills required to accelerate the development of cognitive applications, including solutions for industries such as healthcare and retail, as well as business processes such as IT support and procurement.
