O'Nell joins TDF

Charles O'Neill joins TDF (Bethesda, MD, http://www.tdf.corp.com) as chief operating officer. O'Neill will be responsible for developing the document imaging and management solution provider's reseller channel and growing current joint venture relationships. Previously senior VP at Richard Leahy, O'Neill directed marketing initiatives that led to an increase in profitability of 200%.
