Paragon extends its reach

Paragon Imaging (Woburn, MA, http://www.paragon.com) has introduced ELT/2500 PC software Version 3.3, an image viewing, annotation and communications package for Windows users. According to the developer, the new release extends the software's capabilities in image distribution and management and increases ease of use. Running on Windows NT, 95 and 3.1, Version 3.3 can be deployed on standard desktop and laptop PCs and can bring national imagery transmission format (NITF) image processing features to diverse applications, including mobile and field use. NITF is the imagery data standard for the U.S. and allied intelligence and military community.

Paragon is the leading provider of image viewing and processing software for NITF and boasts an 80% share of the U.S. intelligence analyst community.

Paragon is also introducing ELT/Net software that offers image processing, viewing and dissemination capabilities for Windows users in government and industry. With the ELT/Net software, Web users can access image archives, receive briefings and view reports that include NITF imagery
