Video conferencing, audio calling and screen sharing from Intellinote

Intellinote has added video conferencing, audio calling and screen sharing to its mobile team communication and collaboration platform. The new capabilities can be employed with both team members in Intellinote and clients, vendors or contractors they work with that may be external to Intellinote.

New Intellinote capabilities include:

• conferencing—users can start one-on-one or group video calls from a Project Workspace with one click;
• audio calling—participants can join the conference call from their computer or dial in over the phone as needed;
• screen sharing—the organizer or the participants can share their screens and, if needed, annotate their screens to discuss, explain and clarify a document, a drawing, an idea or a design; and
• cross-device functionality—the new features are available on Intellinote's Web, iOS and Android apps, with seamless syncing across devices.
