Verint Workforce Optimization Solutions Interoperable with EMC Cloud Storage

Verint Systems has announced that its Workforce Optimization solutions have completed interoperability testing with EMC’s Elastic Cloud Storage (ECS) solution, which, the company says, will result in a secure, scalable architecture that complies with regulatory and governance requirements for customers.

Verint Workforce Optimization (WFO), part of its broader Customer Engagement Optimization portfolio, helps organizations capture and analyze customer interactions across channels, and find insights to help maintain compliance, improve business processes, and implement customer-centric strategies to enhance loyalty and retention.

EMC’s Elastic Cloud Storage (ECS) solution provides a storage system for traditional and next-gen workloads of enterprise customers and cloud service providers.

By completing interoperability testing with EMC’s Elastic Cloud Storage solution, Verint customers will benefit from a reliable solution for archiving media and metadata, explained Oren Stern, senior vice president, product strategy, Verint Enterprise Intelligence Solutions.
