Tech Mahindra launches generative AI email tool for improved contact center productivity

Falling under Tech Mahindra’s TechM amplifAI solutions umbrella, Email amplifAIer combines the power of generative AI with the management of contact center email communication.

The Email amplifAIer is an end-to-end email automation technology that identifies intent and extracts data to produce personalized responses, ultimately improving overall agent productivity and turnaround time, according to the company.
