Single-console service management from Metalogix

Metalogix has launched Service Manager for Office 365, which it says is the industry’s only comprehensive platform providing administrators with the ability to provision both users and content across the entire Office 365 suite, reducing infrastructure complexity while cutting IT costs.

Metalogix describes Service Manager for Office 365 as a user-focused operations service management solution with the ability to gather cross-application analytics, report on Active Directory user profiles, ensure proper permissions across environments, execute backups and ensure security for the entire Office 365 suite. Further, says Metalogix, Service Manager is the first offering to provide a unified means of understanding of user and content management through the entire lifecycle from a single pane of glass. The single interface replaces the requirement to control multiple disjointed administration interfaces, according to the company.
