Serviceaide acquires Wendia to expand automation capabilities

Serviceaide, Inc., a global provider of intelligent, IT, and enterprise service management solutions, is acquiring Wendia, a  provider of proven and robust enterprise service management solutions to organizations worldwide, creating new offerings and capabilities for customers seeking to modernize, streamline, and automate the way they deliver and manage a range of service and support functions.
