Search Office 365 within SharePoint

BA Insight has released a new Longitude Connector for Microsoft Office 365 that makes its content searchable within SharePoint 2013, SharePoint 2010, SharePoint 2007, FAST ESP and other on-premise systems to create a unified view.

BA Insight explains Longitude Connectors securely integrate more than 40 enterprise systems into Microsoft SharePoint and FAST Search, providing a single point of access to all information, people and expertise across the enterprise. The company further claims that with out-of-the-box deployment, comprehensive security mapping and full Active Directory integration, Longitude Connectors help maximize the ROI of an organization's ERP, CRM, ECM and messaging systems by making this information accessible in a unified view.

BA Insight also launched Longitude SearchParts, a set of interactive widgets designed to improve the enterprise search experience in SharePoint and FAST environments.
