Qvidian Updates Cloud-Based Proposal and Sales Content Solution
Qvidian, a provider of sales execution solutions, has introduced the Summer 2016 release of its cloud-based proposal and sales content solution.
This latest release offers additional capabilities in collaboration, content management, and its centralized content library to help make teams be more effective and to support quality output of proposals and sales documents.
According to the vendor, with this release, project owners that select team members and assign tasks for the assembly of sales documents, can also include the occasional collaborator in the request for proposal (RFP) process. Comments can be offered directly within the RFP workspace and workflow, and, with greater collaboration and tracking of activities within Qvidian, users have visibility into the process and status at each step. Qvidian has also streamlined the process for editing RFP responses with an advanced style-safe editor, and expanded support for key Excel-based scenarios including drop-down pick lists.
Qvidian has also made updates to its content repository, Qvidian Library, where organizations have access to their content as a resource when managing large volumes of RFPs, proactive proposals, security questionnaires and other sales documents. New advancements offer complete content management functionality directly within the library including access to previous revisions, and the ability to send content assets to subject matter experts for updating directly within the system.
Qvidian also recently enhanced its Sales Playbooks software, which is integrated with the proposal and sales content automation solution, to enable Apple Mac users to more easily navigate the system and administrators to export playbook templates to help maintain content governance.
