Oracle Content and Experience Cloud Drives Omni-Channel Marketing Asset Management

Oracle has launched the Oracle Content and Experience Cloud, a digital experience platform that enables organizations to manage and deliver content to digital channels to drive effective engagement with customers, partners, and employees.

The cloud-based content hub aims to help organizations that have escalating volumes of content to develop, use, and distribute their content to deliver contextualized experiences, improve customer loyalty, and create brand advocates, according to David Le Strat, senior director, product management, Oracle.

Part of the Oracle Cloud Platform, the Oracle Content and Experience Cloud delivers a single cloud-native platform for content production, management, and delivery and provides capabilities to support a variety of business needs, from employee and customer engagement, to sales enablement and business development.

Key aspects of the new offering are that it enables users to collaborate on content internally and with external teams; utilize a single content hub to create, share, manage, and publish content to any channel, including business documents, digital assets, user-generated content, and web content; leverage APIs to deliver engaging experiences across channels; and manage content from within enterprise applications and enhance the application experience.

The Content and Experience Cloud integrates with the Oracle Customer Experience Cloud Suite, an integrated suite of cloud applications that enable organizations to take a smarter approach to customer experience management and business transformation initiatives. It also integrates with additional Oracle Cloud Platform services, including Oracle Process Cloud, Oracle Mobile Cloud and Oracle Integration Cloud.
