OmniSocial Engaged announced by Mzinga

Mzinga has released OmniSocial Engaged learning, which is designed for the marketing and customer experience markets. The company claims the new social business platform helps enterprises connect with target audiences on a deep level to drive website traffic, amplify customer and buyer loyalty, as well as increase customer satisfaction.

Further, Mzinga says, OmniSocial Engaged can be easily branded, configured and deployed to match the unique business needs of customers in creating a social ecosystem—as either a private or public site—or as integrated applications within existing Web environments or a custom social solution through developer APIs.
