Ogletree Deakins unveils latest knowledge management solution

Ogletree Deakins, one of the largest labor and employment law firms representing management, is releasing IntelliCase, a monitoring tool that enables employers to efficiently and effectively manage employment disputes, along with identifying trends, risks, and opportunities to reduce future claims.

Through a secure, web-based dashboard, clients using IntelliCase can monitor in real time detailed information throughout the entire matter lifecycle of their disputes that Ogletree Deakins’ attorneys are handling, including dispute type, claim type, status, venue, and resolution.

IntelliCase also tracks a multitude of data points related to each dispute and synthesizes them into dynamic, interactive visualizations that help employers identify trends over time and provide insights that can help reduce the number of future disputes.

The tool provides coverage across the full range of employment disputes, including agency charges, litigation matters, class and collective actions, and employment arbitrations.
