North Highland, a change and transformation consultancy, is acquiring Decooda, a Forrester-recognized scalable data platform that uses cognitive psychology, deep learning, and AI to accurately analyze customer interactions and reveal critical insights.

The acquisition gives North Highland an unrivaled advantage to leverage rich insights quickly from data and supports the firm’s strategy to embed technology and data into change and transformation initiatives for clients, according to the company.
