NetBase “Instant Search” Solution Supports On-Demand Social Analytics
NetBase, a provider of enterprise customer analytics software, has released NetBase Instant Search.
The solution enables companies to see, analyze and get insights into billions of social posts via a search bar, and can be utilized as a standalone or complementary social analytics engine across three different modes of operation.
The solution is targeted at helping organizations to quickly identify trends, post volume, impressions, and changing net sentiment, in order to answer the questions marketers want to know now such as who is talking, what are people talking about, and where are these influential conversations taking place, said Paige Leidig, chief marketing officer at Netbase. This immediate insight in turn helps executives, brand marketers, and analysts build and strengthen their marketing initiatives.
According to Netbase, the self-service tool also eliminates the operational demand for ad hoc report generation and analysis since users can enter keywords, hashtags, or mentions, and Instant Search will compile a detailed snapshot of the trend and supporting key data.
