M-Files Adds Enhancements in Search, Speed, Automation, and Mobile Content Editing

M-Files Corporation, a provider of enterprise information management solutions, has announced the availability of M-Files 2015.3.

The new release enables users to conduct searches across multiple M-Files vaults, and also provides easier refinement of searches with search facets. In addition, M-Files 2015.3 includes multiple metadata card configurability enhancements as well as usability improvements.

With the introduction of M-Files 2015.3, the solution features the ability to add hand-written signatures to PDF documents from the M-Files mobile app for iOS and Android. Adding and viewing annotations and redlining is also now supported in the iOS mobile app, providing a way to comment and provide input on co-authored documents while keeping the original document intact.

Additional new features and capabilities include DocuSign Integration; support for Microsoft SQL Server 2016 and Windows Server 2016; up to 50% faster object operations; and a send-and-save feature in the Outlook plugin.
