IntelliChief ECM 4.1 Adds New Mobile Features and Microsoft Active Directory Synchronization

IntelliChief, a provider of automated document management and workflow enterprise content management (ECM) solutions, has launched IntelliChief ECM 4.1, featuring new mobile workflow abilities, Microsoft Active Directory synchronization, and enhanced utilization support of numerous native document file types. The ECM system expands functionality among business systems while enabling productivity from any convenient location.

IntelliChief ECM aims to provide an automated transition from  manual document management and workflow functions. Its automated capture, document management, workflow and real-time analytic visibility help users to capture documentation in any format, index contents and validate with data in their ERP and line of business applications, for lifecycle-managing all related documentation, facilitating optimized interdepartmental processes workflow automation and cash flow optimization.

Targeted areas of use include accounting, finance, purchasing, customer service, HR, IT, legal, logistics/distribution, operations, and other paper and process-intensive departments.

Key among the features in IntelliChief ECM 4.1 is a new web server client and mobile browser that enable on-the-go users to view, index, and add notes to project and transaction documentation, simplifying workflow approval processes.

And, with Active Directory support, users can synchronize data from their Active Directory profiles with IntelliChief user profiles, further diminishing manual system administration keying, while improving automated workflow management.

Support for additional file types in the IntelliChief Viewer, such as native document file formats and their TIFF images, further enables data to be fully utilized in the IntelliChief Workbench.
