Hyland acquires LawLogix

OnBase creator Hyland has acquired LawLogix, which specializes in cloud-based immigration and compliance solutions. LawLogix’s two flagship products, Guardian and EDGE, help more than 1,300 customers worldwide automate the labor and paper intensive electronic I-9 compliance, e-verify and immigration case management processes.

Operating as a division of Hyland, LawLogix will continue the sale, implementation, support and development of both the Guardian and EDGE product lines while delivering the robust immigration and compliance solutions. OnBase, Hyland’s core product, is designed to help organizations manage content and streamline business operations by creating a true enterprise information hub.
