DocuWare Launches Version 6.11 of ECM Solution

DocuWare has released Version 6.11 of its enterprise content management system, which offers simpler usability and improvements in workflow management, email archiving and data synchronization.

DocuWare solutions can be run in the cloud or as an on-premises solution within a company’s own IT infrastructure with identical functionality.

Improving productivity,the refined Workflow Manager allows users to set up document control processes more flexibly. Ad hoc workflows can start working without the need for any programming. Recurring processes can be defined according to a pre-determined schedule, for example with a daily, weekly, or monthly start-end point.

In addition, the Connect to Outlook module for integrating Microsoft Outlook into DocuWare has been completely redesigned, allowing users to more easily create new configurations and select storage options directly in their email program. The program’s performance has also been significantly improved.

The user interface, configuration and maintenance are the same. By using new technologies, Version 6.11 ensures that the synchronization of the cloud solution with local data and the matching ERP or other data functions smoothly, even with firewalls. This allows hybrid cloud solutions to be implemented quickly and efficiently.
