Content Analyst enhances CAAT

Content Analyst has released CAAT (Content Analyst Analytical Technology) Version 3.16, its concept-aware text analytics engine for software product companies, systems integrators and information services providers.

Content Analyst emphasizes the following features of V. 3.16:

Major enhancements to language identification. CAAT’s core technology is language agnostic, and CAAT V. 3.16 quickly and easily reveals the primary languages used in a document, providing key insights for many business workflows. This version increases the number of languages identified to 83, including both simplified and traditional Chinese. Content Analyst also simplified its language identification API in CAAT 3.16, for easier integration.

Increase in e-mail threading flexibility and performance. As incremental sets of e-mail messages are folded into an existing set of ingested e-mails, CAAT 3.16 provides users with the option to return the threading results of just the incremental set, or the entire set.

Distributed network agility. To meet the diverse computing environment architectural requirements among CAAT users, V. 3.16 offers optional ways to have a running version of CAAT access CAAT indexes across network storage devices, allowing multiple instances of CAAT to reference a single or multiple CAAT index directories.
