Complete, cross-channel marketing from SDL
SDL has announced a new version of SDL Campaigns, which the company says is an important component of the SDL Customer Experience Cloud (CXC) and designed for organizations to orchestrate and optimize customer interactions across all channels through a single view of the customer.
The new version is said to help organizations engage with customers in a manner that goes beyond basic relevance, incorporating specific, contextual data across all touch points. Further, says SDL, marketers can now access and organize all available and relevant customer data.
The company reports SDL Campaigns gives global brands new features:
- real-time marketing—takes historical transaction data, demographic data and current contextual data from sources such as the SDL CXC or existing technology solutions to power real-time marketing use cases;
- journey ID—automates the manual process of consolidating, organizing and making customer data usable to the marketer to ensure all touch points in every multichannel campaign are optimized using all relevant interaction data; and
- digital marketing dashboards—ensure marketers can bring in campaign data from new digital channels to provide a complete view of marketing in real time.
